Default Does PSI=WHP?

Alright this is my question.
Lets compare a GT28 and a GT32!!!
On two exact same motor setups at 10psi do these two setups make the same amout of power.
I understand that smaller turbos spool quicker, and bigger turbos can push more cfm's. but if your only going to run say 8-12 psi is it smarter to get the smallest turbo possible (for the better powerband) that still meets your power goal!!
thanks

no psi does not equal horesepower

larger turbo will make more horsepower at same boost level because it is flowing more air per minute for the most part. Efficiency and heat play key factors also.

For a daily driver, in my opinion, I like a smaller turbo so it will spool faster and be more fun daily driving (better powerband), for a little sacrifice of top end.

D series I would get Gt28R (pick your trim)

B series I would get GT30R (smallest trim)

again, these are my opinions.
