my friend put a ls motor in his 97 civic, we need to know what throttle cable we should use

 

ummm you can't use the single cam throttle cable...too short...gsr is made differently so you are stuck with an ls throttle cable...you can use one from a da..it'll still work...gl with the swap

 

civic one is too short fosure?

 

Used an LS with my swap but didn't bother to try the civic.

 

I used my LS cable on my LS motor .... wild concepts.

Im using the OEM GSR cable in my EK with the GSR swap.. but the intake manny is diff than a LS.. so it might be a shorter or longer cable than what your looking for.. but i know that its a tight fit.... good luck

 

I used an EX throttle cable in my ek hatch. I did the ex manifold swap when I still had my stock d16y7 in. I did an ls swap in mine, and used the same throttle cable. Perfect length.
