To tell you the truth, everything is in the instructions. You have to read it like 20 times before everything starts making sense. Do you have the instructions?

you really need to do wat he said. everything is in the instructions. it takes a good while of reading it over and over and over again. then a light will pop up in your head. but to help you out a bit
1. to change into PSI unit:
a. At OFF mode, hold down SELECT button, and with in 2 sec. press the MODE button 2 times. Repeat this procedure to go back to previous setting.
*When PSI is displayed, it iwll show psi in x10 value. 14.5 psi will display 145, 10psi= 100 etc.
2. Boost setting is done by % so it means you'll have to mess with it then drive it to see wat boost you get till your happy. there is no way around that. Gain is an adjustment for the sensitivity of the valve control. so if your spiking alot then turn the gain down and if your boost is falling off top end try raising your gain. until you find a nice happy setting.
and well there are a lot of features with this BC. just keep reading until you understand

what wg and spring are you using? and what are the settings on the boost contoller?
if your getting a consistant 10psi it sounds like you need to turn the SET down a bit.
