Default b16 boggling!??! any advice?

ok here are the specs

91 civic hatch si with b16a first gen.
with ITR intake manifold

with a really bad wiring job.

And no thermostat
(or so i think, ill check tomorrow but the car is running really rich and it never get hot.. lol it never even gets warm!

ive been driving the car good for the past week or so, but recently its been boggling out on my. usually when im about to hit 5k rpms

or sometimes when im doing like 60 on the fwy and in 5th gear around 3-5k rpms, really weird ****.

Spark plugs look pretty f@#$ed up.. we tried to set the to a 1.1 gap but that didnt work and just kinda made it worse. so we set it to 1.0 and its working better but it still boggles..

Other than changing the spark plugs what else can it be??

VAC leak?
spark plug wireS?
dizzy?

Also what spark plugs do i get for this motor?

thx! for any help

sounds like you should go through and fix everything that is done poorly or not at all. it will be much easyier to troubleshoot when you know whats done right.
