8 spark plugs in 2 days. WTH is going on?

8 spark plugs in 2 days. WTH is going on?
So after extensive reading from the FI forum here on HT, after work on Friday, I bought two sets of NGK Spark plugs.
1 set BKR7E (#6097)
1 set R5672A-8 (#7173)
Friday night, I put in the R5672A. Went for some test runs (took it up to Vtec about twice) the next day, my car started acting weird. In first gear, if I engage the clutch at 1000 rpms to about 2800 rpms, the car would hesititate and my rpm needle jumps.
I check my spark plugs, and they are burnt to ****. The tip, and about two threads up burnt as hell.
I put in the BKR7E right after that. Drove it from Saturday till tonight. On my way home, there is a somewhat steep hill...in 5th gear, while I was going up the hill at about 70, my car started to hesistate and started losing power. I had to drop to 4th...which worked for a short bit and had to drop to 3rd to get up and go.
When I got home, I checked the spark plugs agian, and same thing. Burnt as **** on the tip and about two threads up.
I'm lost as hell. Am I running too lean? Too rich? not enough spark? what the crap is going on?

I'm not sure where to begin...whats the set up? is it tuned? do you have pics of these "burnt" plugs?

burnt as in white or black? if there white your running lean as hell and if there black as can be then your running pig rich

I apologize for lack of photos--I took photos, but didn't get a chance to upload them.
They are burnt black. I can smell fuel like hell too.
My setup:
98 GSR--JRSC
11lbs
FMU
STOCK injectors
AEM fuel rail
Like all my threads before, I know i need a tune. I'm limited to tuning in my area. I just need to get by for now.

Looks like your just going to need to hold off until you get a tune. Your motor will thank you anyways
