First of all you don't have a EK9 and should refrain from using that term if you wished not to get flamed by other members on here.
Anyhow, you can try something like a voltage stabilizer. Your problem is common among honda, civics in particular.

i know i dont have a ek9..we went over that already...thanks for review it AGAIN..

Before that, i would look for bad grounds, check voltage on battery/swap batteries. Take a volt meter and read what it's outputting at the battery i believe it should be around 12v's.
