Help with bouncing idle and stuttering/missing when cold...
Hey guys, i'm debating on buying a 93 CX hatch w/ a USDM B16 and a GSR tranny in it. When the car is cold, the idle bounces from about 1000 to 1500 and it seems to stutter or miss when some gas is given. Once it warms up, the idle smooths out a bit, but not completely and the stutter or miss, dissappears. Anyone know what this could be, and if its a big deal? The guy is asking $2500 for the car, body is in good shape, interior is mint, just want to figure out what this problem might be. Thanks guys.

apparently its just a plastic valve, i have the same problem,... just take it to your local honda mechanic and they'll get you the part

Would that be the cause of it stuttering and missing until it warms up as well? Thanks guys.
