97 HX Losing Power?!?
I was driving down the high way the other day, and all of a sudden my dash lights dim, and I lost all power whatsoever, My battery wasnt dead cuz my audio system was still going strong, I thought maybe I slipped out of gear or that my transmission was gone, but it wasnt I pulled over turned the car off, and started it back up and it was fine!? Any Ideas wth happened?
I'm wondering if its an ecu problem...my hx was converted from auto to manual by the previous owner, and theres a 96-98 ex auto ecu in the car now, Do you think that had something to do with it? And on the Ecu note...Im throwing 4 transmission codes because the ecu is for auto, will a manual ecu clear those codes? Thnx for help in advance...

Hard to tell. Could be a multitude of things, especially considering your wiring has apparently been hacked for a trans swap and audio equipment, and you aren't even running the correct ECU. I'd check all grounds first.

This has never happened before, first time ever, And I have always had audio equiptment? Even still would that cause motor power to sudenly decrease? And by hacked do u mean like repinned/ re wired? Cuase the harness seemed fine and untouched when I looked at the ecu. I
