A couple more questions , you'd think after a month of research i would be able to find all the answers myself. Anyway, here goes.
1. What does it mean to recirulate? ( exhaust )

2. Oil line pressure depend on individual turbo?

3. Would the stock fuel pump in a 91 Si hatch be able to keep up with 310cc injectors? what brands are good? How to order? Do I ask for injectors for a specific brand of vehicle or do i just ask for 310cc for a Civic?

Hoping not to peev anyone off with these questions but hard info to find. I am trying to have all parts and info i need for early May. Running a stock d16a6 with full 2" exhaust intake headder planed and revalved. Plan on 8 psi max for hard runs and 3 for daily driving. We have a weekend called May 2-4 weekend, it's when the drag strip near where i live opens and i would like to run it. help please.

Recirculating the wastegate back into the exhaust means it will be quieter. When the wastegate opens, you will basically be running without a muffler, it will be very loud in other words. Running open wastegate generally nets a few more HP however is considered not worth it on a street car because of the excess noise.

Are you asking if different turbo's require different amounts of oil pressure?

You need to go with a Walbro 255lph pump for a turbo build, as well as larger injectors. Assuming you aren't going to run an FMU.

You may want to consider a larger exhaust as well.

Ok thankx, i knew about havein to upgrade the exhaust also yes i was wondering if ( for example) a T3 needed a different amount of oil pressure than a td04h? No FMU, going to use bigger injectors, hoping to get away with a set of 310cc hide and peek but unsure if it is possible, and turbo edit or ecucontrol.

Nope, no link.

You may not read about it much because it really is a minimal difference.

well i actually read quite a bit into this pros and cons of external dump:
pros:
100% elimantes boost creep when mounted on mani (big prob with small turbos/ big exhaust)
cons:
loud as crap
requires mods to dsm mani/ internally gated turbos (weld flapper shut)
