so my manual decided it only wants to cover 1984-1987 AWD models.. which is kind of weird and shitty at the same time.
Anyways, i did do a search on this. i know i had found info in the past, but i cant find it now. can anyone direct me to a resource that will assist me in changing the front struts on my 91 sedan? i got the passenger side one OUT, now i have a few questions...
so am i right that we dont need to compress the spring on the front? thats only in the back, correct? how do i change the fork, spring, etc over to the new strut? i used to know how to do this, but its taken me longer than i expected to get to it and now i cant remember and i cant find the write up.... someone help plz, i need to get the car out of the garage TONIGHT.
ohh, installing KYB GR-2s. thanks guys!

its a pretty straight forward job and if you have factory springs on still get you a spring compressor. i have a 89 sedan and i just put new kyb gr2s on. ive never done any shocks before and i did it no problem. it realy is a easy straight forward job.
front struts.

rear struts
just diconect the lca, disconect the strut from lca, and then take out the bolts at the top of the struts in the trunk.
this is what i read before i went and did it.
