Re: installing springs on a 1997 civic (ntegrals)
im assuming that you know how to remove the spring/ shock assembly off the vehicle, compress the springs, take out the shock rod bolt on all the shocks once all compressed
installing the new springs shoudl be fairly simple, shouldnt need to be compressed much if at all, reinstall shock rod nut, reinstall on the car
any more detail. lol

here ya go.... https://honda-tech.com/zerothread?id=1427142 this is a different year but its pretty much the same. Getting the old shocks/struts out is not hard...but the spring compressor makes some people nervous. If you can get the shocks off the car, some shops will change out the springs and reassemble them for you for a small fee. I am getting ready to do this, so I dont mind helping lol
