Default TD06H vs. T3 turbine wheel

On my old turbo i had a 60-1 compressor, Mitsubishi standard bearing section, on a ported 7cm housing with a TD06H turbine wheel. That turbo died after only 7k easy miles due the oilpump breaking at the dragstrip when running 20psi.
I'm looking to buy a new turbo this month, and wondering, what would be a better choice.
I liked the 60-1's power so i think i'm going to stick with that, but due to cost and strengh, i was thinking about using a Garret center section with a T3 turbine wheel. Not sure to go either stage 3 or 5...
What is the size of my TD06H compared to a T3 stage 5, or stage 3? And what A/R should i go with?
With my old turbo i would make full boost at 5000rpm and rev to about 7400. Keep in mind this is on a fully sleeved/built F22a engine. It is 2.25 Liters... Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks
