Default Types of tranny fluid???

Ok i rencently done the h22 swap in my 96 accord and decided to keep the f22 tranny. I went to honda and bought mtf. Now i'm facing this problem grinding in third gear. Also when i went out last night it hardly wanted to go in 2nd gear. Does this come from the tranny fluid or is the syncro's are going in my tranny. Remember this happend after the fact when we put the motor in the car. I have been hearing about the GM sycromesh. Is it a waste of time to get or just face the fact that i need a new tranny.

are you sure you are getting full action from the clutch slave cylinder?
Fluid leaking from the rear of the clutch master under the dash?
I'm having a hard time trying to figure how the problem just started to happen, after a motor swap.
