Default so many options

i got a new crx, its real clean. good interior, suspension, body, and paint. but with a stock a6

now the question is.... what swap to go with.

im looking for just 250-300 horse, nothing crazy.

i was thinking between staying with the single slammer and do vitaras with some kinda forged rod and then a decent amount of boost.. 15-18psi?

or maybe just a gsr on 8-10psi?

maybe build an ls for boost? maybe just rebuild one with arp rod bolts and os oem pistons, slap a b16 head on there and do like 8psi

sohc would be the cheapest it seems, but i feel like id be pushing the little motor too hard for a daily driver.

too many options for me. i dont wanna spend bank on this, it'll probably just get stolen anyway

lets here some opinions

do a SOHC turbo setup since you seem to be in a high risk area. homemade turbo kit. tuner toys rods and suzuki vitara (or p29?) pistons. check out d-series.org for more info on forced induction.
