Default New motor and WOT at idle? (searched)

ok i put in a new f22a motor longblock in my 92' accord and i used all the old external parts(intake, exhaust etc...) this did not happen on my old motor. what happens is when i start the car. its like someone has the gas pedal to the floor. it just revs right up. when it hits 4500 rpms i just turn it off because i dot want it to redline. any ideas.? and its not giving a CEL.

Thanks

thats what i thought. cuz i checked all the lines and what not and they are fine. but when i did put new gaskets on the plenium and the one onto the block there was some crap left on the gaskets. wow that would cause that much of a vac. leak? crazy...
