Best grease for window rails?
I've seen several posts on here for slow moving power windows on 94-97 Accords with several different opinions. Before I buy a new window motor for the drivers door, I'm gonna try and grease the rails. I'm wondering what the best grease or lube is to use on the window tracks/rails?
Shinitsu is good if you clean out the window run channel and rub it in good.
Silicone sprays work well, if you keep using it. Doesn't seem to last as long as silicone grease [Shinitsu]
Also Dow Corning '77' is a light weight silicone grease.

Shinitsu sounds like the right stuff for the job. Is this something I can find readily available at my local auto parts store or is it a specialty item?
i just recently used silicone spray. worked wonders! cant comment on durability, its only been a couple weeks.
but a tip, dont over do it! a little is enough. i completely saturated my **** and my interior smelt liek it for a week and amde me feel really sick breathing in all those fumes.
