Shudder - in 1st gear......any suggestion?

I began to notice that the car shudder in 1st gear. Never had this problem before....any suggestion as to what could be wrong?

Sounds like the clutch to me...Unless it's an auto. Then you just have a crappy transmission.

Specify which tranny you have mang.

warped flywheel maybe. or maybe you have oil on your clutch face, clutch face.
