i have a pioneer deh-p7300 for atleast 2-3 month and it works fine in my 95 hatch. i had to change a light bulb for the climax control unit, so i have to pull out my deck and disconnect the harness, when i got finish w/ the climax control unit. i reattach the harness and the deck does not work at all . PLEASE READ THIS PART CAREFULLY. i hook my DEH-P7300 to two of my friends. one has a 92 hatch the other has a 94 sedan (both are honda) and my dech works fine in there car . but there deck (both are Pioneer) doesnt work in my car at all but my stock radio works in my car? please help me out.

Damn man, where were you able to find a Climax Control unit? Is it JDM? My gf has been begging me to hold out longer, sounds like that may help.

Have you checked to see if maybe you spliced some wires back behind the unit?

 

check the harness fuse on the Pioneer headunit?

 

im in orage county, where in glendale can i have my deck check out?

 

the fuse is still good, the deck works fine in two of my friend's civic.

 

check the fuse under the dash. the power fuse (backup) probably blown.

 

Did u pull of any harness behind the dash??? If u did, make sure u connected the plugs back in... There is a plug in the lower center behind the dash where ur coin box and ash tray sits... Thats one of the main connecter's where it can cause ur head unit to not operate... Did u install the optional audio console??? If u did, it sits right behind that location... Or try looking for a blown fuse in ur fuse box... Thats all i can think of at the moment...
