Default need new amp

I killed my old amp which ran a pair of Focal Polyflex comps and a 10" Infinity Kappa Perfect.
budget: < $500 (much less would be nice!)
amp requirements:
4 channel
s/n ratio: 100+
bridged power: at least 350W @ 4 ohms
power per channel: at least 75W @ 4 ohms
small footprint

any recommendations?

That may be hard to find, a 4x75W RMS into 4 ohms is no problem, but I see no more then 150W RMS into 4 ohms when you bridge 2 of the channels.

The only thing that comes close to 2x75 and 1x350 is the JL Audio 450/4, a 2x75W RMS into 1.5-4 ohms and 2x150W RMS into 1.5-4 ohms 4ch amp the 2x150W can be bridged to 1x300W RMS into 3-8 ohms.

It is relatively small, but not cheap, there are a few on eBay... http://search.ebay.com/JL-Audi...earch although I don't think any of them are from authorized dealers 94

I find it hard to trust ebayers...

Anyway, I did some homework...
I need opinions on the following amps:
Alpine MRV-F545
Eclipse XA4000
Soundstream REF800.4
US Amps XT-1600.4
Rockford Fosgate P850.4

I am no fan of US AMP or Eclipse, R/F amps are a shadow of what they used to be, same with Soundstream, although still a far better amp then the R/F.
Alpine still makes a pretty good and dependable amp, flexible with good SQ.
IMO, it's a toss up between the Soundstream and the Alpine. 94
