Default TIMING BELT HELP

ALL MY MARKS ARE ALIGNED RIGHT BUT THE CAM SPROCKET GEARS TIMING MARKS DON'T FULLY ALIGN, WHEN THE 2 ARROWS ARE POINTING AT 12:00.

IS THIS NORMAL?

Why are you aligning them at 12 o'clock?

I thought when the enging was at TDC the cam gears marks faced each other.

Exhast at 9 and Intake at 3.

do you have your cams arrows exacly at 12o'clock or 12 o'clock with the motor, i ask because the motor sit's slanted to the front.

i have the 2 arrows at 12 o' clock (UP) and the notches on the timing gears don't fully align with the deck of the head.
