Default D15B Compatability?

Alright everyone. I gave up on the D15B2/D16A6 buildup. My block is warped and for the same cost as boring and replacing the pistons/rings again, I got a JDM D15B SOHC VTEC motor. Problem is is that it didn't come with an ECU. Also, I think it's OBD II. Well, what all do I need to convert this engine (or my car) to work together? My car is an 89 CRX DX. I heard that with the B16 ECU and distributor this engine really opens up. Now, my question is is the B16 ECU a PR3 or a P30? I want this car to be compatible with this engine. Also, I will be selling my D16A6 head (with less than 100 miles on it) along with the BRAND NEW distributor, intake mani, fuel rail, injectors, throttle body, and PM6 ECU soon so look out for that. I believe this engine is from the 92-95 Civics. Oh and does the 92-93 Integra guage cluster fit in the CRX dashboard? I thought I saw it done in someone else's car. That would be nice.

its obd1, and the ecu should be p08 or p28, use obd1 distributor from d16z6, and yes the integra cluster works but i think u have to convert to Electric vss, not sure i remember though, theres a writeup on here.
