Default compressor surge *searched

i just finished my peakboost install, now i seem to be getting a lot of compressor surge. it would surge before the bov would open. im only running the 5psi tial WG and a tial bov. i tried hooking the vacuum line straight into the manifols w/o T's but still the same. sorry kinda noob to turbo's.

as far as i know surge is a common occurence at low boost levels, or at least more so than at higher boost levels.

i found out the tial bov's comes with differnt spring rates, anyone know what springs originally comes with the bov?

I believe 6 psi....make sure the line going from your BOV to the intake manifold is big enough. If the diameter is to small you'll get a compressor surge.
