sleeving a ls and b20 block whats the difference
i was wondering if anybodu new what was the difference between sleeving a ls block and sleeving a b20 block if there is any difference

a sleeved ls will be much stronger than a stock b20. the sleeves are completely different material.

to answer your question
LS and B20 blocks have totally different sleeves. the LS has four individual sleeves with more(compared to a b20) wall thickness. B20's have one big sleeve that contains all 4 cylinders, they are also set into the block differently than the standard b-series ones.
since it sounds like you are planning on sleeving a motor and havent decided which one, i recommend an LS: 2 reasons why, LS block would be much cheaper to buy than a B20 block, and will be slightly cheaper to have sleeved than a b20 block.

yes i would sagest the b18, they are cheaper to buy and cheaper to sleeve and when your done if you take the b18a/b to 84mm it will be a 2.0 and just to let you know we sell b18a/b sleeved blocks for 950.00 shipped
