Default will a z6 crankshaft fit a y8 motor

i have been looking looking around for a y8 crankshaft and i cant find one. everybody tells me that autozone and oreilly crankshafts might not come in standard size. I have a friend who he says he has a virgin z6 crankshaft available. To my understanding hte z6 has more oilers and why the y8. Anyways i want to know if it the z6 crank s. will fit perfectly on the y8 motor. will the crank p. and sprocket fit snugg?? Which crank p. and sprocket which one will i use from a z6 or y8?? has this done before??
thanks!
