Default A/C Issues

Before I head out to the dealer and deal with that, I want to see if I can get some advise here first (I'm STILL trying to find a dealer that can fix the rev-hang issue. It's taking time mostly because I don't have time, but even after showing the service bulletin the service for some reason doesn't know what I'm talking, but that's another story).

Recently, here in Tx it's been getting warm, except for Friday it got chilly. I turned the heat in my car. On Sunday it got warm again but when I put on the A/C, it's blowing hot air when the vents are circulating and outside air when the vents are open. I've tried MAX A/C but nothing and yes it is in cold. Any possible ideas? The car is not even a year old.

Yeah, that's what I interpreted. Never heard of that on a brand new car.... good thing you got a *warranty*

I'm not gonna run outside in this blizzard to check my car, but do you have to first hit the "A/C" button to activate it? Either way cold air SHOULD be coming out regardless of the A/C being on or not, if you have the **** cranked all the way to the left.

Yup, the a/c is on but still blowing hot air. same with max a/c.

If it's a leak, could it be something that I can check from underneath?

Ooh thanks for reminding me... I need to recharge mine. I haven't recharged it since I discharged it when I installed my S/C last year. It's been so cold I completely forgot!
