Bust out the rubber mallet and start pounding.

A blown strut isnt going to affect the ride height.

wait! before you pound anything, try this. Try bending the 3 little tabs on the fender futher up into the fender. The tabs hold the plastic **** on. You can bend them with your fingers. I have 205/50/16 with a 2.25 inch drop and this solved my rubbing in the front when going over harsh bumps

Rolling the lip. JUST BE PATIENT! Or you'll crack the paint. This will cause your friends to point and laugh at you. Especially if your car is almost brand new. JFWY, but take your time rolling them and you shouldn't have any problems. Later, Overkll

A little more wheel offset is the right answer, but it's probably a little late for that...

Louis(ville Slugger) works great, use a hair dryer or heat gun (carefully !) to warm up the paint as you go - this minimizes cracking.

Actually a blown shock can affect this. My rear drivers kyb shock was blown for a while and my tires would rub, so I raised the car some until I replaced the shock. Once I replaced the shock - voila. Maybe the blown shock wasn't affecting my ride height, but it definetely effected how far my rear end dipped down around turns and over bumps.

Check out your shock dude. I know this definetely may not be the case, but worth checking anyway.
