screeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeech....WHAM!........phe w.
Rear-ended someone the other day. Sounded HORRIBLE as opposed to the end result, the other driver said after he felt/heard it he thought my front end was toast..but...no real damage what so ever.. 5-10mph slam into a grand ams rear..luckily compltely square on so the force of the hit was displaced evenly along my front end. Hood's a tiny bit loose but is fine except for a small crack in the paint up front where the hood flexed and bent a teensy bit. BUT all the little plastic bolt things holding my bumper on obviously popped, broke and got stripped including the one which holds the grill to the bumper.
Question. Anyone know off the top of there head just what I should order(part name)or just head to Napa down the road with them in hand and order them. The one part which holds the grille down is nowhere to be found though so not sure what it looks like. Anyone know? Thanks in advance.

I was rear ended in my 1st 4th gen by a late 90's grand am (speed was probably 15-20 miles an hour) & it left no sign of damage on the pontiac, but it bent both of my quarter panels in. It ended up being totaled. Hope everyone involved is ok. My neck has been $@#&!* up for the past 3 1/2 years because of the accident.
Basically, it seems most cars are built to handle front end collisions much better than rear end collisions, since the majority of collisions involve someones front end hitting something.
