Default Deck is on, but no sound out of the speaker

Heres the deal, I'm replacing the stock Acura RSX deck
with a kenwood. Problem is the deck turns on but no sound
comes out of the speakers.

I've tried switching the speaker wires, the - and + . Still
no sound comming out, so I'm pretty sure wiring from the
kenwood to the car is fine.

I have also tried another working kenwood deck in the car
and no sound either.

The aftermarket deck turns on, so fuse is not blown. I've
even double check the fuse just incase.

Any idea what could be wrong? I'm going check the wiring
all over again. But any suggestion would help. Thanks.

Does the car have a factory amp and did you power it on?

I'm not really sure if it does or not have a stock amp.
That's what I was thinking too. I'm going to go ahead and
wire the turn on wire to see if it is a stock amp.
I will let you know. I rewired all the wires again but still nothing.

prolly factory amp
stop rewiring everything and turn on the car...turn on the radio...and with the radio hanging out of the dash jump the blue wire to the yellow or red wires and you should have sound...just make sure that your radio's not all the way up on the volume first
