Default "Loose" noise in rear after replacing all struts...

I switched from stock to KYB GR2's and the ride is improved but the right rear strut is making a very loud noise. It sounds like there is a loose washer or something. I checked all my bolts and they are fine. When I switched struts, I used the stock washer that holds the dust shield instead of the KYB spacer but I did that on all four struts. What should I look for?

when i did my 4-corner strut change on my EF i accidently left one nut on the upper mount a little loose(made huge amounts of noise)....but a simple torque down did the trick....and also check your lug nuts....had that problem also....

I'm going to go check the upper mount right now.

Found the problem and it was a washer...

Somehow the nut came loose already

try putting some lock tight on it or another lock nut to prevent this

i had the same problem. i took off my lowering springs and stock shocks and replaced it with OEM springs with KYb gr-2 shocks. now when i drive, it seems like the car is wobbly and shaky from time to time.

Mine seems secure and all (aside from while braking) and hopefully all strut problems are gone after this.
