clicking after shock installation =[
a couple hours ago i finished installing my new KYB AGX shocks with TEIN s-tech lowering springs on my 95 lx 4 door sedan. when i went to go test the ride out, the back shocks started making "clicking" sounds. it kind of soudns like the shocks going up and down. i put everything back where it suppose to except for the dust guards.
anybody know whats the problem?

are you sure you put the springs where it goes to..im talkin abotu the rear springs and the fronts..
the front springs are different from the rear ones...
re check it again see if you got some loose nut or something..
where is this clinking noise coming from???

Re: (ARMED)
im 100% sure about the front and rear springs but there could be a possibility that a nut is loose. im going to check it out tomorrow when there is light. the clicking sound is basically the shock going up and down constantly hitting somethign i believe.
just wondering if anybody has experience with this problem and how they fixed it? this happened to my oem shocks + s-techs when it was missing a bushing but right now im not missing anythign but the dust guards..

actually check for OVER TIGHTENED bolts, all the bolts that go through the back lower control arm should only be torqued to 40 foot pounds...

well i retightened everythign today, took off the whole shock and redid the springs.. still the same problem =[..
how can i tell if its overtighten? if you say 40lbs, how do I know?
the problem only acts in the back driver shock.. everything else is fine =/.. they all have everything! same process done to all 4 and thats the only one thats retarded

I have a similar problem with my Buddy Club racing specs...It seems on mine it is that top nut on the coilover...Just a thought but make sure that thing is tightened down all the way. Hope this helps
