OT: Need help with ticket(Modified Emissions)
First I now wrong forum. But I know my all motor guys can help me out better.
I got a ticket for modified emissions VC27156(b) and under it it says State Referee Certification Required.
As I searched I found some people saying you can just pay it off, like 400-600 dollars? Is this true?
Or I can change the mods, take it to get bar'd?
My mods.
98 Integra
B18B(engine it came with) at 115,000 miles on it
Crower 404 cams
Ebay intake
Adj. Cam gears(mostly what he was complaining about)
Full RSR exhuast
Omni test pipe.
B&M fuel pressure regulator(was eyeing it but I said it was stock)
Fuel pressure gauge(also was very concerned about)
Moddified ob2 to obd1 ECU. Tuned at Whitfield Racing
Took pics of gears, gauge, and vin numbers.
I'm I going to get the ticket in the mail and Can I just pay it off? I would much rather just pay it off. I have no time to change this crap out and go to the ref. and court.
Please help

I have also heard that you can pay the fine. I hope in your case that is all you need to do.
Going by your list, you got a big headache if you are going to try and pass the motor at BAR w/11.5 to 1, no cat, CARB numbers for the header, intake and TB.
With a cam too. This is going to be very difficult, to say the least.
