Default intake manifold leaking coolant

I tightened the lower bolts too tight i guess. Cant get a friggin torque wrench in there and i didnt want it to be too loose.

Any tips on keeping it from leaking? Maybe some honda-bond around the coolant passage?

Brand new gasket, its leaking right where the coolant goes back into the head. Just got the motor built and put back together with all new gaskets.

did you check the gasket for the intake manifold ?? If you removed the old gasket to replace it with a new one, did you make sure that all of the old gasket was off?? Sometimes, when you remove the old intake gasket, it can tear. Just make sure that all of the old gasket is all removed and the surface of the head is totally clean of the old gasket. This happen to one of my buddies. Hope this helps.
