Is spaturbo good?

theres a guy local to me selling a "spaturbo" turbo brand new for 600 is it a good brand",,says made in brazil..

and spaturbo manifold $200

From what Ive heard, the Spa turbos are pretty damn good in quality. Almost everyone in S. America uses them.

are they made the same place as master power? i dont know much about brazil's products,they seem to have the same specs and prices..
