. jk seriously for street 28rs or the 2871, 2876 im not sure which is most efficient. stay within the t2 esp if you want a gt series turbo, else t3t4 50 trim, somewhere around there.

Its rated for ~420hp. For a few hundred $ more, you could get a GT30R with a T3 divided .78ar exhaust housing (atpturbo). It will provide enough power, and spool like crazy.

Does he have a divided inlet manifold also? My vote still goes for the GT2871R .82ar if he doesn't.

You can't go wrong with the 3076r, it is very responsive, can make your 400whp goal no problem and leaves some room for more down the road. We made that 400 with a conservative tune @ 15psi.
