Default S2k suspension question...buddy club coilovers

Hey, so i bought an s2k with the buddy club coilovers, and i want to know how to loosen them up. I think they are on a pretty stiff setting and i think to loosen them you just twist the **** but how do you know what settings its currently on. Also how do you get to the rear shocks in an s?

That's correct. You just have to count the clicks as you turn them. You get to the rear shocks by going through the trunk. Just take out the wall of interior towards the front of the car.
