Default Car leaking oil suddenly, need some help, thanks

My car is an 2000 Accord (F23A?), today it suddenly started leaking massive amount of oil after I came back from the gas station. It wasn't even leaking a drop of oil today morning. We've too out the upper timing belt cover, the oil doesn't seem like it's leaking from the cam, but from somewhere down there near the crank pulley. Could this mean the crank bearing or something is gone? My car is bone stock with 80k miles on it, never raced or redlined. So what could be the problem, and about how much to fix it? Thanks in advance. Here are some pics.

What's this gear connected to (oil pump, blance shaft?)? Or is it just a tensioner?

This is the crank pulley, there's a lot of oil on it, but I'm not sure if the oil is leaking from it tho.

In this pic you can see the oil splashed onto the driverside wheel well.

check the balance shaft seal. those pop out. there is a retainer for that purpose. the balance shaft seal is literally inches away from the crackshaft. got a couple accords that got towed in my shop because of that.

From what I can see, it's definitely not leaking from the cam or the valve cover, but other than that, I don't know where it's leaking from. I guess we'll have to take it to a stealership for repairs.

BTW, does anyone have a picture (or diagram) of the belts' configuration? I tried searching on google but couldn't find anything useful, thanks.

Looks like one of the bottom seals is leaking pretty bad, or has popped completely out (don't know if they make retainers for those). Looks like a good time to change the timing belt, etc. too. You would have to remove the bottom cover, for a clearer picture of the problem.

PS: If you plan to do it yourself, get a good repair manual.

If it's that big of a job, I'm probably just going to bring it to the dealer to fix it. How much would it cost? Do you think it can be fixed for under $1k? Thanks.

As long as there isn't something major wrong down there, it should be less than $1k.
