Default B16B Engine Swap

I'm gonna be Installing a B16B into a 97 Hatch. Wanna know if I can keep the stock mounts for it?

You'll need mounts from an si like you would any other b16 swap.

i did this swap, the only mount i had to change was the driver side engine mount. i used stock rear and tranny mounts. good luck, make sure you have a 2.5" exhaust.

poop on twin loop, 2.5" cause b16b like to rev a lot, 2.25" dosent really cut it. twin loops kill throttle response imo. this is from my personal experience.

Thanks man. Does it matter if I exceed the 2.5" recommendation?

I started asking about a Megan Drift Spec too.

I dont see a reason for you to need a 3" unless you plan on going turbo
