Default Ahh tomany tire choices for the rear

Ahh tomany tire choices for the rear
Hoosier Drag slick 28 x 10 tread width for 16 in wheel (slick)

Mickey Thompson 28 x 10tread width for 16 in wheel (et street, not a slick but pretty close)
Mickey Thompson 26 x 9.7 tread width for 16 in wheel (drag radial)

M&H 28x8.8tread width for 16 in wheel (drag radial)

These will all fit the stock s2k wheels and are all that is avaiable

Car will be making around 850whp gearing is 1:1 top gear in tranny and 3.62 in the rear end

Car will weight about 2900 lbs with me in it

I would rather go with a full slick for the better launches but just trying to get some opions from from fellow racers
If I go with a drag radial it will be good too as all the current s2k records are on drag radials and this would be falling in with them

If your gonna run SRWD, rules are for DOT tires...

then i would probably use ET streets.

ndra pro street tire class

Luckly in that class a 4 clyd car can run slicks even though evrything else is has to run dot legal tires
10.5" wide tread is the limit

I know I will be faster with a slick but I would really love to have record of worlds fastest street honda on street tire

Then i would get a full slick!

you can alway's borrow someone's drag radials one day and break the record then put your slicks back on and go racing...

Maybe I will get both, the guy that works right beside me will put them on and balance them for me for free so I can change them when ever I want
