I'm not quite sure... you're going to have to do some of your own research. As for me, It's on a 96 Integra sedan (DB8) with a TYPE R (b18c5) engine and I have it mated to a OEM cat... and everything fits right and dandy. Remember when you're doing your research that this is for a Type R and it's the 4-2-1 design. Let me know if you have other questions and good luck!
