brakes suck when ac is on??
so i had this prob last summer (when i aqured the car) its a 93 civic. all winter i never turned the ac on (duh) but today was real warm out, and i turned it on, then the brakes get all squishy, and the pedal sinks to the floor, like theres air in the system. but only does this when the ac is on. otherwise, the brakes are firm and work normaly. any ideas??
WTF? That is definately weird. I'll take a stab at it...
I would guess that your brake fluid is bad - air or water in the lines. Turning on the A/C is generating extra underhood heat - heating up the bad brake fluid and causing the spongey pedal.

thats about the only thing i could think of. the two systems have nothing related to each other.
