1993 Prelude Si

Went to start my car today and the key gets stuck in the "start" position. So the starter is continually starting. I had to beat the **** out of my steering column to get my key to turn back off.

Anyone ever had this problem?

I've never torn into the steering column, so I'm not sure what all I'll need to replace. Will I need to special order this for my key configuration?

 

Did a pretty extensive search on this, but didn't see anyone who was able to use their original key.

Also didn't see any helpful picks relating to the lock cylinder.

Any help is appreciated.
