Default What pistons should I install?

I currently have a stock gsr block, head includes: BC3 cams, supertech v.s. milled .01" and all the bolt-ons, edelbrock header, kteller 2.5" exhaust, cai, skunk2 i.m. and t.b.

Now i wanna rebuild my block, stock rods, arp rod bolts, new bearings, but should i go with USDM P73 pistons or JDM P73 pistons? I'm gonna be using this car daily. Would JDM pistons make that much more difference with these cams, or are USDM P73 pistons good enough?

well, i used the calculator, and with the usdm it estimates about 11.34 and the background lights up green, with the jdm pistons its like 11.6 and the background lights up orange, does the orange mean to stay away from that setup?

No, the JDM ITR pistons will work very well with the setup, and I highly recommend them.

<TABLE WIDTH="90%" CELLSPACING=0 CELLPADDING=0 ALIGN=CENTER><TR><TD>Quote, originally posted by all-mtr-teg &raquo;</TD></TR><TR><TD CLASS="quote">well, i used the calculator, and with the usdm it estimates about 11.34 and the background lights up green, with the jdm pistons its like 11.6 and the background lights up orange, does the orange mean to stay away from that setup?</TD></TR></TABLE>

it's just a warning system so you have something to consider. watch what happens when you use pct's.
