White smoke is coming out of the throttle body... thinking the motor is blown? and the car will start for like 5 seconds then it will shut off imediatly

 

What was the last thing you did to the car right before it started this problem? How does the engine sound when it runs for 5 seconds and does it produce smoke and from where? When it dies, does it slowly sputter out or just striaght up die? A few more clues may help narrow it down better.
