Default Lightweight Fidanza Flywheel & Stage 1 Exedy clutch kit?

I bought the Lightweight Fidanza Flywheel & Stage 1 Exedy clutch kit a while back cuz my clutch seems to be going out, will it make a difference, performance wise, after I install the kit ? (All I have in my d16 is the VAFC 2, 4-1 DC Sports, 2.5" cat-back, and short ram k&n intake)

big difference...only thing i recommend is when u use a lightweight flywheel...keep the oem crank pulley/harmonic balancer....with both..there is potentially too much harmonic vibration in the block...im sure others will disagree...but i like to drive the snot out of my car, and since i built the motor too..i want it to last!

Alright, I appreciate your comment, Im scheduled for this Saturday at the shop, whats the average I should expect to pay for both the clutch and the flywheel installation from an average tranny shop? any idea?

i hope you break it in (driving conservativly, low rpm's, no beating on it) for at least 500 miles if you want the pressure plate to seat properly

Yeah a friend recommended me to break it in also 500-1000 miles before beating on it, thanks for the reminder though, appreciated!
