All B-Series blocks have the same deck height with the exception of the B16A.

That is debatable some may say the GSR/CTR/ITR has a sightly higher deck than the LS/B20

Maybe by 0.00030".

Either way, even if that were so, the difference is negligible.

you would use the ls rods. gsr rods are longer.

So then LS rods, Crank and pistons, or can you use gsr pistons. And what bearings do you need to buy, for an LS or GSR?

you can use any b series piston. some will require modifications. i *think* you'll need ls bearings.

Thanx guys and Yeah you would use ls bearings but its better to get you ls rods notch for gsr bearing . Their 2 advantages for using them
1. their smaller in with so their will be less friction and your motor will rotat faster and
2. the gsr bearings are maid for high reving motors so they will be more depndable
I have ls rods that are notch for sr bearings. I didnt think it would make that big of a difference but it does
