Default Changing gear box oil...

Just was wondering if anyone can offer up some tips... I wanted to change the gear box oil, just had a few questions...

1. Torque specs on the two bolts.
2. What oil is best, I was told stick with Honda.
3. How much oil does the R gear box take.
4. Any good tricks on how to refill the tranny.
5. Any good websites that show the process.

Thanks in advance.

I did a search, did find too much info so I thought I would ask... so relax!

1- I don't remember any torque specs for the bolts. Just remember that the threaded hole is in an aluminium block so don't overtorque or you will strip the threads

2- I just put B&G Synchroshift oil. Very good so far. Gear changes are very smooth.

3- You will need 2.3 litres. With the car leveled you should put oil until it starts to overflow out of the hole.

4- Use a flexible hose (about 1/2" in diam, 3 ft long) and a funnel. Put one end of the hose through the refill hole and the funnel at the other end.

I am not sure I understand the surprise look on the little yellow faces

1 qts = 0.946 litres.
So 2.3 qts= 2.17 litres.

I don't have my manual in front of me ( I am at work) but I am pretty sure it says 2.2 litres for the MT oil change alone and 2.3 litre for a complete MT ovehaul.
