Cars of today losing their balance?
Not sure if this thread should go here but the ITR was mentioned...
http://www.tunertalk.net
The author states how the ITR was one of the most balanced cars ever made and says that the cars of today are losing their balance.
Wondering what you guys thought about this subject because I don't think there are a lot of vehicles made today that match the ITR's balance of power and handling.

That was a pretty nice article. The Honda Fit does handle quite nice, espeically with the stock suspension. But of course, it's no DC2. I wonder what it would be like if I was able to lower it an inch or so...
I agree with you guys on the Fit but it will never be a DC2 simply because it doesnt have 4 wheel double wishbone. Still, the fit is fun car that can be beat to death!

because 95% of people are only concerned with going fast in a straight line and pub bragging rights on power figures.
there isn't much of a market on cars with "feel" anymore

Nice little article
. Definately re-enforced the belief I've have for a long time. Especially the DC2 to DC5 chassis change. Not a change for the better IMO
. Kinda surprised the Celica GTS was mentioned beside the ITR. I driven plenty of those and I didn't find anything special about them. They weren't a "shitty" car by any means but they certainly didn't stand out like the ITR does.

For what it's worth, I have an rsx type-s and although it's great for daily driving (nice interior, easy to drive), i would much rather prefer the ITR for performance.
