Default Headgasket modification

I know how some of you only run certain layers of the HG to up compression. What layer do you remove or do you only run one layer ? If so which layer ?

On a oem honda hg people usually remove the middle layer. I'm not sure you want to remove more than that.

you HAVE TO remove 2 lyers, the middle and an outer. otherwise it wont seal.

you only use 1 outer layer.

i always use the bottom layer only beacause the top layer has "UP" cut out of it.
