Hit the search button, enter in Z10 as the search word or phrase. It WILL (as I just performed it myself) return about 10 or so topics on this subject.

picture a car taking off from a starting point after the clutch has been dropped at say, 5000 RPM. The car wants to start moving forward this pushes the lower control arm toward the rear of the car, the Z10 unit aloows you to put preload on the lower control arms to keep them stable at launch, eliminating suspension travel.
