Default p75obd2 ecu auto to manual question

im about to the tranny swap and i just picked up a p75 obd2 ecu 5 speed off my boys 97 integra and i have a 96 integra. now is that just a plug and play and no problems wit check engine lite or is there more to it. please say its just plug and play.

I believe 96 and up are obdII so there should be no problems.
I also say plug and play.
